The parents of Karen are getting devorced. Karen feels worse about it but she can`t get her parents back together. She tries everything, she pretents to be sick so her father needs to visit her while her mom is at home. She things that when they meet again they are sorry what happend and get back together but it won`t work. When she hears that her father is going to leave for Las Vegas in a week she makes a beautiful Viking diorama that daddy needs to see, but Karen can`t come to daddy`s places because the diorama will brake on her way to his place and that of course may not happen. Karen hopes her parents will get together this time but unfortunatly it doesn`t happen. Then Jeff her older brother walks away from home. Karen is so happy because she things now her parents are so worried they will find support by each other, but the opposite happens. Her parents are getting into a fight. Dad things it`s mom`s fault Jeff ran away and mom things it`s dad`s fault because he left her. When Jeff is back Karen understand that her parents aren`t getting back together and she gives up.
